Information on how to participate in the Promotion forms part of these terms and conditions of eligibility. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of eligibility (Promotion).
    2. The promoter is Kogan Australia Pty Limited (ABN 53 152 570 351) of 136 Buckhurst Street, South Melbourne, VIC 3205 (Promoter). Kogan home and motor insurance is issued and underwritten by QBE Insurance (Australia) Limited (ABN 78 003 191 035, AFSL 239545) (QBE). The Promotion entitles eligible FIRST Members to a saving of $100 for a new Kogan Comprehensive Car Insurance policy (Eligible Policy) purchased online through www.koganinsurance.com.au during the Promotion Period. GST and other applicable government fees, duties and charges are applied to the premium after all discounts (including the ‘$100 Off First Year’s Premium for Kogan Comprehensive Car Insurance – FIRST Members’).
    5. The Promotion advertised, being the ‘$100 Off First Year’s Premium for Kogan Comprehensive Car Insurance – FIRST Members’ is only available to customers who have been referred to this Promotion through the following link. The Promotion is not available to customers that have come through any other referral or link. The Promotion is not available with any other promotion.
    6. The Promotion is not available with any other offer (including the ‘First Year Kogan Home Insurance Offer – FIRST Members’) and does not apply to policy renewals. QBE has the absolute discretion to change or discontinue discounts at any time. If this occurs, it won’t affect any discount already applied to your current policy period.
    7. Customers who purchase their new Kogan Comprehensive Car Insurance policy by calling Kogan Insurance directly are not eligible for the Promotion.
    8. A customer may use the Promotion multiple times if multiple new Eligible Policies are purchased during the Promotion Period. However, the Promotion may only be used once for each new Eligible Policy that is purchased during the Promotion Period.
    9. For the purposes of this Promotion, an agreement by a policyholder to enter a periodic instalment plan for a new Kogan Comprehensive Car Insurance policy is deemed to constitute the purchase of that policy.
    10. A new Kogan Comprehensive Car Insurance policy must be purchased within the Promotion Period to be eligible for the $100 saving.
    11. Should a customer vary any details on their policy during their period of insurance, any applicable discounts will be recalculated based on the new applicable premium. If a new policy is required to be issued, it will be subject to any discounts on offer at the time of issuing the new policy.

First Year Kogan Home Insurance Offer – FIRST Members

The ‘First Year Kogan Home Insurance Offer – FIRST Members’ entitles eligible customers to 10% off for a new Kogan home Insurance policy purchased online through www.koganinsurance.com.au during the Promotion Period. A further 10% discount is also applied when a customer purchases both buildings and contents cover for the same property address under the one policy. If this new combined policy is purchased online, the total saving will be 20%. Not available with any other offer and does not apply to policy renewals. GST and other applicable government fees, duties and charges are applied to the premium after all discounts (including the ‘First Year Kogan Home Insurance Offer – FIRST Members’).

  4. A further 10% discount is also applied when a customer purchases both buildings and contents cover for the same property address under the one policy. If this new combined policy is purchased online, the total saving will be 20%. On renewal, the 10% discount for combined buildings and contents cover will continue unless removed or varied by QBE, while the 10% ‘First Year Kogan Home Insurance Offer – FIRST Members’ will be removed. If either the buildings or contents cover is removed from the policy, the 10% discount for combined buildings and contents cover will no longer apply to the policy.
  5. The Promotion advertised, being the ‘First Year Kogan Home Insurance Offer – FIRST Members‘ is only available to customers who have been referred to this Promotion through the following link. The Promotion is not available to customers that have come through any other referral or link. The Promotion is not available with any other promotion.
  6. The Promotion Period commences at 9.00am on 13 August 2024 and concludes 8.59am 1 January 2025. Times are local Sydney time (Promotion Period).
  7. This Promotion excludes Kogan Comprehensive Car Insurance, Kogan Third Party Property Damage Car Insurance and Compulsory Third Party (CTP) policies.
  8. GST and other applicable government fees, duties and charges are applied to the premium after all discounts (including the ‘First Year Kogan Home Insurance Offer – FIRST Member’).
  9. The Promotion is not available with any other offer and does not apply to policy renewals. QBE has the absolute discretion to change or discontinue discounts at any time. If this occurs, it won’t affect any discount already applied to your current policy period.
  10. Customers who purchase their new Eligible Policy during the Promotion Period by calling Kogan Insurance directly are not eligible for the Promotion.
